Andy runs an e-commerce company with several online shops in the fashion space. He also runs a boutique CRO agency, Konvertify, focusing on helping smaller and medium sized ecommerce businesses improve their results through applying good CRO methods and processes. Andy's favorite topic within CRO is friction in ecommerce and in real life.
Andy enjoys speaking at ecommerce and CRO conferences, where he shares his knowledge and experience in ecommerce and in applying CRO methods within his own business and at clients.
