Dr. Lefteris Kioses
Dr. Lefteris Kioses is the General Director of the Institute of Retail Consumer Goods Research (IELKA). Since 2010, he has been leading and coordinating consumer and retail research studies together with a team of expert scientists, focusing on current and emerging issues in retail. His work provides objective insights into key market indicators, consumer trends, and structural challenges of the sector.
He has extensive experience in grocery retail and has participated in numerous Greek and international projects related to consumer behaviour, market trends, and the adoption of new technologies in retail.
Since 2004, he has been a research associate at the ELTRUN – E-Business Research Center. He holds a degree in Management Science and Technology, an MBA, and a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business, awarded in 2009.
