Kriton Rountos
Kriton Rountos is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sun of a Beach, a Greek summer lifestyle brand built around emotional connection, authenticity, and long-term trust with its audience.
He originally conceived the Sun of a Beach name and brand concept, rooted in the idea of the brand as a “summer friend” — familiar, approachable, and emotionally close to the customer. From the early days, Kriton worked closely on brand storytelling and identity, while also spending several years focused on the e-commerce side of the business, helping build its direct-to-consumer presence as a core growth channel.
More recently, he stepped into the role of CEO, focusing on aligning brand, e-commerce, retail, and hospitality under a consistent, trust-led approach — particularly relevant in a market shaped by infinite choice, marketplaces, and price-driven competition.
Alongside Sun of a Beach, Kriton is also the Co-Founder of Cambo Agency, a full-service, digitally driven advertising agency built for the modern age, which has grown into a team of 30+ people.
